Ⅳ.The calculation of total fees
Total fees= Payment fees + Vowi platform fees + Transfer fees
*Currently, all Payment Fees are waived as part of a free event.
**If a buyer pays by card and the vendor withdraws via PayPal(USD), the total fee is approximately 9%, including card processing fees.
*** Regarding transfer fees, when withdrawing via bank transfer, additional charges may apply if USD is converted into other currencies. These fees are determined according to Wise’s fee policy.
How to Withdraw Vowi Points:
Ⅰ. If the Method type is PayPal, please enter your PayPal account email address in the “Enter payment method details” field.
Ⅱ. If the Method type is Bank Transfer, please enter the following information:
• Account Holder
• Account Type
• Account Number
• Routing Number
• Bank Name
• Bank Address
• Bank IBAN
• Bank Swift Code
Ⅲ. If the Method type is Other, USDT (Tether) withdrawal is available, so please enter your cryptocurrency wallet address. (The wallet should be on the Tron network, and the withdrawal amount must be below 950 USDT).
- We are not responsible if you enter the wallet address incorrectly.
How to withdraw USD:
1. Please first set up your Payment Methods (PayPal or Bank).
(PayPal is recommended as it generally has lower fees compared to Bank Transfer.)
2. For USD Withdrawals
Click the Request Withdraw button, then enter the Withdraw Method and Withdraw Amount.
Afterward, click the Submit Request button.
3. For Vowi Points Withdrawals
In the Vowi Points field (Select payment method, Enter payment method details, Note), click the Request Withdraw button.
4. Time required for the Balance field to be updated (= the time it takes for the order status to change from Processing to Completed)
• Marketplace (Shop): Within 7 business days after the vendor enters the tracking number following the buyer’s order.
• Event Section: Within 7 business days after the buyer’s order.
5. Time required for withdrawal after the request
• PayPal: Within 3 business days after the request
• Bank Transfer (Wise): Depends on Wise transfer processing time
*In general, PayPal is faster for transfers, so PayPal is recommended.
