*Both event ticket orders and product orders are displayed on the Order page.
If the buyer has used Vowi points for payment, the number of points used will be displayed in Earning Point.
(1 Vowi Point = 1 USD)
For example, if a buyer purchases a product worth 100 USD using 20 Vowi Points:
Earning Points: 20, Earning($): 80 will be shown.
1. <Shipments> section, activate the Item button, then set the Shipping Status and TRACKING INFORMATION.
After that, enable Notify shipment details to customer and click the Create shipment button.
*You can check the buyer’s Shipping address through the Customer Information field.
2. If there are earning points – Check the Withdrawn earning points in the General Details field and then click the Submit request button.
3. Time required for the order status to change from Processing to Completed
• Marketplace (Shop): Within 7 business days after the vendor enters the tracking number following the buyer’s order.
• Event Section: Within 7 business days after the buyer’s order.
