tomo kishida EXHIBITION
5/2 (Fri)・5/3 (Sat)
We will be holding an exhibition and sale event by tomo kishida.
For this event, a loom will be set up, and Mr. Kishida will demonstrate sakiori (traditional Japanese rag weaving) right in front of you.
(13:00~15:0)
If you wish to participate, please bring around two unused garments during the time above.
Using that fabric, Mr. Kishida will create a rug through sakiori, which will be sold at a later date.
The two garments you contribute for this event will gradually take on a new form, slowly progressing from the past to the present.
From objects to objects, from objects to people, from people to people
they will be carried into the future with a sense of spirit.
